How can we help?

We offer the comprehensive capabilities and deep industry knowledge necessary to help you deliver the learning solutions your organisation deserves. This may take the form of traditional modules, micro modules, blended learning or interactive PDFs to name a few. Our services can be employed on small pieces of work or as part of a large project or curriculum.

What's the problem?

No shortcuts are taken in identifying the end goal of every project. We consult with all clients to agree on success measures and then develop the very best solution.

Speaking your language

Not to be taken lightly but too often overlooked, using a client's brand is a privilege and a vital part of a project's success. We immerse ourself in your brand so that we're 'speaking' to users in a familiar voice.

Not just a pretty face

Graphic design sensibilities underpin all our work. You can be assured of a slick experience that is user-centred and never littered with unnecessary graphics and animations.

The tech stuff

How do we bring all our ideas to life? Well, we're at home working with variables, animation, video and graphics. We know how to make things work.

Don't take our word for it

Andrew has helped us to digitalise the onboarding content for a number of our insurance brands. He has created engaging and intuitive content that has helped reduce the length of our onboarding and reduced the speed to competence of our people. He has also used his learning expertise to help us make our whole journey, regardless of e- learning or trainer led content, to be more interactive and fresh to help us onboard people at pace. Great to work with and looking forward to developing more great content

Four steps to success

1.  Needs analysis

There's no jumping ahead to the fun stuff if you want to meet learning requirements. scoping meetings with clients are essential before any work begins. It's a great way to get to know each other and crucially, it lays the foundations for success.

2. Design

Design means more than just making things pretty (although we enjoy that too.) Well-designed e-learning is learner-centred and lets the content to shine. All visual elements should be an aid to the learning experience, and knowledge retention.

3. Development

With a background in software development, we can think logically and arrive at solutions to complex problems quickly. This means working with the confidence of knowing that ideas can be realised with technical know-how.

4. Evaluation

Frequently, once a finished product is handed to a client, that doesn't actually spell the end of the project. we like to work in a continuous improvement environment where success is measured and iterations are welcomed.
